Terms of use

These terms apply when you use DoYouKno. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for providing accurate information. You must not try to access other people's accounts, automate gameplay or exploit errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Conduct

Usernames and other activity must not be unlawful, offensive, misleading or harassing. We may restrict or close accounts that abuse the service or disrupt other players.

Virtual products

DoYouKno may include virtual currencies, lives and power-ups. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the service and may change as the game develops. Purchases through Apple are also subject to Apple's payment and refund terms.

Questions and content

We work to keep questions and answers accurate, but errors may occur. Content is for entertainment and general information and should not be used as professional advice.

Web purchases

Web purchases are paid through Stripe. The contents and total price including tax are shown before payment. Brain packs and the starter pack are one-time purchases linked to the DoYouKno account you are signed in to.

At checkout, we ask for your express consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and your acknowledgment that your right of withdrawal lapses when delivery begins. Your statutory rights concerning defects or missing delivery are unaffected. Contact support@doyoukno.com if your purchase has not arrived or you wish to request a refund.

Kno+ membership

Kno+ renews automatically monthly or annually at the price and in the currency shown before purchase. Cancel before the next renewal through Membership in the game; web subscriptions are managed through Stripe and app subscriptions through the relevant app store. Cancellation leaves access in place until the end of the paid period.

Open the game to collect each day's five bonus brains and extra spin. Days reset at midnight UTC; missed days do not accumulate. Visiting during an active calendar month unlocks that month's profile frame, which remains yours after expiry. Natural lives refill up to ten during membership and five after expiry. Previously earned bonus lives and brains remain yours. Streak protection covers a single missed day between visits.

Changes and availability

We may update the game, features, content and these terms. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, errors or circumstances outside our control.

Liability

DoYouKno is provided as available. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer law.
