This privacy policy describes how DoYouKno handles information when you use our app, website and related services. DoYouKno is operated by Uneven Bits ApS.

Information we process

Depending on how you use DoYouKno, we may process:

• Account information such as your username, internal user identifier and information received when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Game activity such as quiz results, points, streaks, achievements, friends, duels and rewards.
• Purchase and inventory information, including virtual currencies and products. Payment information is processed by Apple or the relevant payment provider and is not stored by us.
• Technical information needed to provide and secure the service, including device and session information.
• Push notification tokens if you allow notifications.
• Messages you send to support.

How we use information

We use information to create and operate your account, provide quizzes and duels, save progress, manage virtual purchases and rewards, send notifications you have chosen, prevent abuse, troubleshoot and respond to support requests.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by providers that help us with operations, hosting, sign-in, payments and notifications. They may only process information to provide their services to us or as required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures, but no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information and, where applicable, object to or restrict processing. You can delete your account in the app settings or follow the instructions on Delete account.

Children

DoYouKno is not directed at children below the applicable age of digital consent without consent from a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without valid consent.
