Delete your account

You can delete your DoYouKno account from the app:

1. Open Profile in DoYouKno.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting your account permanently removes the account and its associated game data. Information that we are legally required to retain may be kept for the required period.

Cannot open the app?

Send a request from the email address associated with your account to support@doyoukno.com. Include your username so we can identify the account. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.
